Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients
1 cup cabbage finely chopped
1 cup Cauliflower (gobhi) chopped
1/2 cup carrot finely chopped
2 large potato boiled and mashed
1 cup fresh/frozen green peas
3/4 cup onion finely chopped
1/2 cup coriander finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped beet
1 Cup Maida (All purpose flour)
Cumin powder to taste
Garam masala to taste
1 tbsp corn flour
12-15 small bread sticks
1 tbsp ginger, garlic, and green peas paste
Salt to Taste
Oil for Frying

Procedure
1. Take a large bowl. Mix all vegetables, onion, coriander, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Now keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
2. Dry roast maida and let it cool down.
3. Then, in another bowl squeeze out excess water from the vegetable mixture. Do not throw it. If your mixture gets very dry, you can add this water.
4. Further, add maida, corn flour and ginger -garlic- green chili paste to this mixture. Mix it      well.
5. Make round or oval shape balls of this mixture.
6. Insert vertically one bread stick in each ball & press well.
7. Now, heat oil in a wok. Deep fry these balls till crisp and golden brown.
8. Serve hot with any sauce or chutney.

Note: The vegetable lollipops can be baked in the oven. Either coat it with bread crumbs or bake it as it is till golden brown.
