Ingredients
Mint Sprigs broken - 12
Light rum - 6 ounces
Sugar 4 tablespoons
Fresh Lime Juice 6 tablespoons
4 slices lime
Club soda
Ice
Method
- Place ice in beverage shaker.
- Add in the rum, 8 broken up mint sprigs, lime juice and sugar.
- Shake well.
- Serve over ice in a sturdy glass.
- Add in each glass a splash of club soda.
- Garnish each with a sprig of mint and slice of lime.
