Ingredients
Grated coconut -2 Cups
Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup
Powdered Green Cardamom 5-6
Powdered Sugar - 1-1/4 cup
Ghee - 1/2 tbsp
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame and add the grated coconut.
- Now add the condensed milk and cardamom.
- Saute for 5-10 mins continuously.
- Switch off the gas.
- Take a plate and grease it with ghee.
- Pour the Burfi mixture by spreading evenly and pat it tightly using your hands.
- When it cools, cut it in square or diamond shaped pieces.
- Now you are ready to serve.
- Also, you can store it in an air tight container for about 7-10 days.
