Coconut Burfi (Nariyal ki Burfi)

Coconut Burfi


Ingredients 
Grated coconut -2 Cups
Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup
Powdered Green Cardamom 5-6
Powdered Sugar - 1-1/4 cup
Ghee - 1/2 tbsp

Method

  1. Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame and add the grated coconut.
  2. Now add the condensed milk and cardamom.
  3. Saute for 5-10 mins continuously.
  4. Switch off the gas.
  5. Take a plate  and grease it with ghee.
  6. Pour the Burfi mixture by spreading evenly and pat it tightly using your hands.
  7. When it cools, cut it in square or diamond shaped pieces.
  8. Now you are ready to serve.
  9. Also, you can store it in an air tight container for about 7-10 days.
