Ingredients
Mint Leaves (Fresh) - 3
Mint Simple Syrup - 1 tbsp
Bourbon - 2 tbsp
Cocktail Straw - 1
Fresh mint sprig - 1
Crushed ice
Powdered sugar
Method
- Take a chilled julep cup. Place in it mint leaves and Mint Simple Syrup.
- With the help of back of spoon, gently press the mint leaves against cup to release flavors.
- Now, pack the julep cup tightly with crushed ice and pour bourbon over it.
- Put straw in the cup, place mint sprig directly next to straw, and serve immediately.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
