Sanwa (sama) Millet - 1/2 cup
Rajgira Flour - 1/2 cup
Sour Buttermilk - 1/2 cup
Green chilli- ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
Rock salt (sendha namak) to taste

Method
- Pick, wash and soak sanwa millet in water for atleast 3 hours.
- Drain and blend it to a fine paste using 2-3 tablespoon of water.
- Pour the mixture to a bowl, add to it the rajgira flour, ginger-green chilli paste, buttermilk, and rock salt. Mix well.
- Cover and keep the batter aside to ferment overnight.
- Heat a griddle (tava), pour a ladleful of the batter on the griddle and spread it in a circular outward motion to make a thin dosa.
- Smear few drops of oil along the sides. Cook till both the sides of the dosa turns golden brown in colour and fold over to make a semi-circle.
- Repeat with the remaining batter to make more dosas.
- Serve hot with mint-coriander chutney or peanut curd chutney.
