Chocolate Fondue

Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients
Heavy Cream - 2 cups
Semi-sweet Chocolate - 450 grams
Vanilla Extract - 1 tbsp
Brandy - 1 tbsp
Strawberries, pineapple, bananas, marshmallow, brownies, cookies or any of your favorite items.

Method

  • Over low flame, heat cream until warm. Don't bring to a boil. 
  • When the cream feels hot to the touch, add the chocolate pieces and whisk until smooth. 
  • Also, whisk in vanilla and brandy.
  • Pour the mixture into the fondue pot and light the handy fuel underneath.
  • Keep the fondue on low heat else it will burn. 
  • Arrange strawberries, pineapple, bananas, marshmallow, brownies, cookies or any of your favorite items on a platter and enjoy.
