Wheat Flour (Atta) - 1 cup
All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1/2 cup
Semolina (Sooji or Rava) - 1/2 cup
Corn Flour - 4 tbsp
Rice Flour - 4 tbsp
Gram Flour (Besan) - 4 tbsp
Ragi Flour - 4 tbsp
Milk Powder - 4 tbsp
Almonds (crushed) - 2 tbsp
Finely grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
Butter/ Ghee (Melted) - 1/4 cup
A pinch of baking soda
Baking Powder - 2 tsp
Powdered Sugar - 1 1/2 cups
A pinch of salt
Method
Cooking Time - 15 minutes
Multigrain cookies/ biscuits are easy to bake and are quite healthier than the usual cookies. It offers more nutritional value and are tasty and healthy as well.

Method
- Pre-heat the oven on 160 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Grease the baking tray and keep it aside.
- Sieve all the flours and mix all the above ingredients. Then, knead it into a soft dough.
- Now make several small round balls of the dough. Flatten them between your palms and keep them on baking tray.
- Keep a gap of 1-2 cms after each while placing them on the baking tray.
- Bake on 160 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until lightly brown. You will see that cookies are swelling and emitting an nice aroma after a while.
