Ingredients
4 papad (6”each)
finely chopped onions 1/2 cup
finely chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup
chat masala 1/2 tsp
red chili powder 1/2 tsp
finely chopped coriander (dhania) 2 tbsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp
salt to taste
Method
- Roast the papads on a medium flame or in a microwave and keep aside.Take care not to burn the papad.
- Mix onion, tomatoes, coriander, red chili powder and salt. Divide this mixture into 4 equal parts and keep aside.
- Place a papad on a plate, spread a portion of the mixture evenly over it.Then, sprinkle chaat masala and add lemon juice.
- Repeat third step to make 3 more masala papads.
- Serve immediately.
